What an adventure we had! Due to our great weekend, we had a TON of pictures. So, I opted for the photobucket album to share them all. Sorry the picture is gigantic, I have no idea why (nor did I really look into it). We left Friday for Nauvoo with the Christiansens. It was great fun! We made it to a session, did some touristy things, drove to Carthage, and made a stop or two on the way back. We have a picture of Mason City, so we had to stop and take a pic of Brooklyn City. It was a weekend well spent with good company and good times. Then came Easter. Although the Easter "Bunny" didn't work out as I'd anticipated, Brooklyn was excited to see what "he" brought. Mariposa, Enchanted and 101 Dalmations. What a good bunny, eh? It was fun to put on new church clothes too. Unfortunately for Mason, I'm not the best mother in the world. He got an uber-cute shorts outfit from my Mom (thanks, grandma) that I put on him without even checking the temp outside. Sadly it's a mere 24 degrees. Due to his jacket being covered with pb from the trip, he froze to and from church in a blanket. There goes the mother of the year award...oh well. Good times, good times. I hope the pictures work for everyone...enjoy!
P.S. the pics are slightly out of order. I could only upload 100 at a time (I know...only), so the first 11 should be at the end. I couldn't figure out how to move them there...oh well :). I figure that you'll get the idea :)

Happy Easter! It was soo cold today, it is March 23 right? I'm glad you had fun in Nauvoo. It's always a fun trip!
You are definitely not the only mom that dressed her children out of season because the easter outfit was just to dang cute. I love little boys' shorts church outfits! I would have done the same thing.

sounds like you guys had a lot of fun!! we love mariposa at my house. lauren insists on buying every barbie from the movie only to have her brother break the wings "on accident". haha anyway, i am really looking forward to enchanted!
Sounds like you guys had a great spring break. I love Nauvoo. It is an awesome place to visit. I also love the pic that you post of the Savior! Can I just say that Mason is the sweetest boy! He was so cute yesterday in church. Cute cute kids!
I wouldn't turn down a free kitchen either! It would keep my boys busy for at least an hour! BTW I have been twirling my earrings multiple times a day for the last 6 weeks! I'll just have to stomach punching a new hole through my ear for a couple times.
Nauvoo looks fun! (even thought it looked kinda cold!) How far is away is Nauvoo from where you live?? I would really like to go there. I have been to Palmyra and Kirtland but never Nauvoo! Glad you had a great easter!
How fun you got to go to Nauvoo! How far away is it from where you live? It's about 6 hours away from my dads and even though we go there 2-3 times a year I've only gone to Nauvoo once (before we had kids). I'm glad you had a great Easter! How's the iPod?
