Last Friday was quite an adventure. Poor Julianne was knocked down by the dog. TWICE. On the front porch. Twice. Luckily (sort of), she only got scraped up once. The second time the dog knocked her down, she was trying to go in the house and the dog suddenly decided he needed to go out. He pushed her over and she fell off the porch onto some cinder blocks serving as steps to the side. She skidded on them and scraped her face up pretty bad. Poor little thing. I was so mad, I was shaking. They got more and more red as the night wore on and the next day her eye was slightly swollen. She had scrapes on the crown of her forehead, her eye, her cheek, and her right nostril and just under her nose. It was so so so sad. Luckily, she is healing quickly. The smaller scrapes and the redness is gone and the scabs are starting to come off. Needless to say, she yells at the dog more than she was before... I can't say that I blame her.

OH! poor baby...and poor mom. That does look awful. Glad that it is healing and nothing worse happened.
That was so sad, glad her face is getting better though!
kaeden was like that, too...loved the dog til he ran by and knocked kaeden down. glad she is healing fast, and before you know it, she'll be pushing that dog out of the way and barrelling through!
