She was supposed to be sleeping. We'll forgive her for such a proud moment.
And, the tooth fairy even came through. A dollar coin. I'm not sure what it's called. It's not a silver dollar (as it's gold), and it's not a Sacajawea (as it has Abraham Lincoln). At any rate, she is ecstatic. After we had a minor breakdown this morning, anyway. She woke up before me and searched under her pillow. No tooth. No money. She was devastated. Finally Dad found it under her covers. Much further down. She is a squirmy sleeper. The tooth fairy tried. Next time we'll put a pillow on the floor.
One cheesy girl. Notice how it's only a head shot but she is still posing her whole body?
The bloody moment, last night. Honestly, it kinda grossed me out. I didn't used to be so squeamish but the older I get, the worse it is.
I still can't get over how small the tooth was. Sheesh. It's a wonder she didn't swallow the dang thing.... Congrats, babe. You are too grown up for my liking. On to other things, since my blog is usually a little ADD, we might as well keep up the tradition. Early this week, Mason was coming downstairs with a bulldozer. Julianne was going up to find a tractor for herself (she generally must have a similar toy to what Mason has). Mason's bulldozer slipped. Julianne's face was in the way.
Poor baby. This was several days later. It looked a lot worse then.
And, finally. This is the 2nd time in his life I've caught him sleeping like this. Maybe the third. My memory is shot. Still funny, though. Out cold. Sitting straight up. Next to his bed, no less.

I can't believe she is so grown up. Congratulations Brooklyn! Love the pictures! Love you guys!
I am not going to tell Savannah that Brooklyn lost her tooth. Savannah is waiting every day for any of her's to get loose...she thinks one is loose right now and I just let her keep thinking that.
I feel the same way about Iowa, it is home for us too. We love it! not to mention 3 of our kids are Iowan so how can we not love it. :)
