Easter

It's our tradition to dye Easter eggs the day before Easter and this year was no exception. It always turns out that we run out of eggs before we want to be done dye-ing....




It's a great time, whether we have enough eggs or not. Sometimes I break out the not-boiled eggs, but I wasn't brave enough this time around :).

Luckily, the Easter bunny found us this year. Mason was elated about his kite and Brooklyn got a new dress for her Barbie. Julianne got a princess sippy cup and I was rather distraught to discover it was a slow-flow...OIY!



Later that evening, we had supper and an egg hunt with the whole family. All 11 grandkids where here to run around and be crazy...This picture is a little deceptive. It took all the adults to get the kids to sit still for one pic.


Lastly, Yesterday we had some strawberries that needed eating, so I made a chocolate bunt cake and we had cake and strawberries and whipped cream. MMMM....tasty!
