and, I think they turned out pretty cute. Especially for saying I free-handed the letters and just kinda chose random fabric. I love them, even if the kids could live or die without them...

sewing adventures
I'm always up for something new to sew and I've been thinking about making some capes for a while now. My kids have never really asked for them....they have an occasional blanket tied around them, but I've seem some super cute capes and I wanted to try it. I thought it would be a LOT more complicated than it actually was...
and, I think they turned out pretty cute. Especially for saying I free-handed the letters and just kinda chose random fabric. I love them, even if the kids could live or die without them...

They turned out super cute! I think the letters look really great. The boys still get theirs out and put them on, I need to make a girly one for Avery someday.
